Found silent case and CPU-fan ... Are they silent? And can I change CPU-type afterwards?

Hi people :) Pardon if this is the wrong forum, but my question includes both noise and CPY questions?

I am trying to make my gamer rig silent, I searched and searched and found these two elements:

* SilverStone Temjin Series TJ08B-E Black Aluminum front panel, steel body MicroATX Mini Tower
* Noctua NH-D14 120mm & 140mm SSO CPU Cooler

Question 1) Is it true? Is that solution a really quiet gamer-friendly config?
Question 2) Can I change motherboard and CPU? Right now I use AMD.

Omg. It’s HUGE. Does it even fit into the Temjin Series TJ08B-E Black?

But hey, it’s cool AND silent. What’s not to love? :D

And btw. He uses Intel, can one use AMD-CPU or does motherboard + CPU have no bearing on case and CPU-cooling whatsoever?

Thanks. Ok, it can fit in there – but is it advisable? Do I risk any nasty surprises with a 5 mm. space? :O
