What comes first?

So after I watch this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0quvkEOMIXM I plan to get a gtx 750 to play on my current rig then get the other components slowly(still a student) so what part should I buy first?
e.g. case>mobo>psu>x>x>x> and so on.(exclude the display keyboard and mouse if you may)

Current rig.
Dell Optiplex 780 MT
Core 2 duo e7600 3.06ghz
305w stock psu
Powercolor 7730 1gb GDDR5
2gb ram ddr3
Windows 7 32 bit

P.S. probably gonna finish this rig on December.

cpu first ,if you buy gpu it will be bottleneck

I'm planning to get a decent i3 or even i5 and these cpu wont work on my lga 775 slot cpu on my mobo,so getting a gtx 750 is better and to remind you guys I'm probably gonna finish this build on december so getting a 750 that will work for my current rig is a must to play current game even if it bottleneck,cause there will be an imrovement from the 7730 right?

i stongly reccomd you to buy r7 265 sapphire with mantle it has around 45 frames in bf4,r7 260x would be fine also

Well LP is an option so for summary I can't take a gpu that is longer than 7.5inches and a no for dual slot gpu,but can take thick fans with the gpu it just must not exceed 7.5 inches long,So i guess I'll stick up with the asus gtx 750 then

I think it will but not so sure cause I don't know how long it is(looks too long for my dell)I'll just stick with the 750 which clearly outperforms the 250.
