confused microsoft account

I have been trying to reset the password on my Microsoft account but it is sending me codes to a different email account, I have no privleges on my computer cause I cannot manage the admin account, any help please?

from another computer , you can login online to your microsoft acc, and if u get an error, then you can choose the option of forgot password and then choose to send the code to your phone number that you've registered or else choose the option of receiving a computer operated voice call
