How much frames with this build would i get for dayz standalone on medium to high settings?

My budget is anywhere from $500-$700.

Well i Have a very the same processor and the MSI r9-270x gaming edition which isn't that much better and and only 4gb of g.skill Ripjaws X 1866 ram and I play on dayz sa at 1600x900 on medium settings with 30-70 fps after some simple lag fixes here is what you do to fix lag just in case you were wondering
This is how you fix that problem ok Ready...

FPS lag fix:
Step 1: Go into your "My Documents" folder.
Step 2: Open "Dayz" folder.
Step 3: Look for the following lines in Dayz config.,
GPU_MaxFramesAhead=1000;
GPU_DetectedFramesAhead=3;
Step 4: Change them to:
GPU_MaxFramesAhead=1;
GPU_DetectedFramesAhead=1;
