I have a friend who wants to build a computer. He needs it to be portable so he can carry it. That's why I chose a 21" monitor for him. He wants to play Battlefield and Just Cause 2 with the multiplayer mod. I was going to go with an FX 6300, but there aren't any Mini ITX motherboards that support it I was thinking of removing the SSD. The 750 Ti is very power efficient and relatively powerful. Any things I can change in the build.

There is nothing terribly wrong with it-

You might as well go for 1600Mhz memory, it's more or less the same price (cheaper, even)
64Gb SSD doesn't make a lot of sense imo. You are best to ditch it at your budget level, or consider that 120/128Gb SSDs start at not much more than that. Personally I'd probably ditch it, it's not worth the performance it brings when you could add that to graphics.
As prices stand, the GTX750Ti isn't a bad prospect, but until fairly recently you could get more powerful cards (HD7850/GTX660) for cheaper which means for me I'd be hesitant to buy one right now. The R7 265 might well represent better value for money, so holding off a little might get you a better deal.

I know the Radeon HD 7850 is a better card, but the 2 GB version of the card is a lot more expensive and I don't want him to reach a VRAM bottleneck soon. I'll try the R7 265 or see if the 750 Ti Boost comes out soon.

Yeah the HD7850 is EOL, but it's basically just being rebranded as the R7 265. If they do arrive at $150 then they will be quite a lot better value than the GTX750Ti, so it's definitely something to consider and possibly stall because of.

When do you expect the R7 265 to come out?

No idea. They hit review sites over 2weeks ago, and the way all of those sites reported them was as if they would be available to buy imminently. At the moment, I can't see any for sale, I'd assume they will arrive very soon but I have no idea when.

Okay, the PC won't be built right now so the R7 265 will probably have come out by then.
