Can't open batch files

Hello, for some reason I cannot open batch files on my computer, some still work but most don't. I get this error: http://i.imgur.com/pHFXchy.png

Please help me, I want to finish my server

    Executing it via double clicking :na: Administrator mode does not work by the way

    Clicking on the actual file? Or a shortcut?
    If the actual file, then something else is going on.
    If the shortcut, then the shortcut is wrong.

  7. Possibly the @ character in the folder name?
    Move the file elsewhere and try it again.
