hi,

when my pc goes to sleep and i try to power it back up, the tower powers up but there isnt anything on the display (says no input detected). i have to unplug the pc and hold the power button 20 seconds and then plug back in and then turn it on.

some people told me its the gpu, if it is the gpu how do i fix it. i do not want to buy another one.

BTW this didnt always used to happen.

specs:
AMD FX 4100 4.6GHz
Radeon HD 7850 (FXF DD (brand) )
4 Gb Patriot Ram
Seagate Barracuda 7200.10 HDU 250 Gb
Silver Series ILS-500-2 500 Watt ATX Power Supply
Gigabyte ga-78lmt-s2p mobo
im using HDMI cable (i dont know if this has anything to do with it but its worth mentioning)

try pluggin your VGA/DVI/HDMI into your motherboard outputs instead of your GPU. If it works fine on your mobo its the GPU.
