HELP before I buy. Photoshop cs6/lightroom 5. FIRST BUILD

Can someone please look this over before I pull the trigger to buy these parts. It's a lot of money and I don't want my wife saying that I should have just bought a pre-built computer. Are there any issues or things you would change? NO GAMING.

Looks to be OK. That is very similar to my current box, just a generation newer. And very similar use. Mainly Lightroom, etc.

One thing I might add is an aftermarket air cooler. The stock will do, but a better one will be much quieter.

Will these two fans fit into the case? how can I tell?

It already comes with 4 fans. Has mount points for more, but you probably won't need the extra 2.

is the 1 gb video card fine if i wont be doing any gaming? or would you recommend the 2gb instead?
