How to uninstall 7790 on a AMD PC?

Hello im looking to re-install my 7790 but when I go in to AMD Catalyst install manager and select the custom uninstallation like seen here,

I have no idea what drivers and files to select for uninstallation, I also have an amd CPU so there are probably files from the CPU showing up as well and I don't want to delete them.

In your Control Panel/Programs and Features there should be a link to AMD Catalyst. Use that to uninstall the driver package.
Then just run the driver from the card's disk to re-install it. Or you could download the driver from the card's website... or AMD's website.
