New pc tips??

Solution
Looks pretty good. The power supply is not of the best quality, so if there's a better one for a comparable price, snag it.

If you're willing, I would try to shave down cost (I would look at the mouse, keyboard, and case), in order to upgrade to a 280.

Other than that, it looks good!

The 4130, though it may not seem so on paper, is a faster processor than the 6300 out of the box.
The CM 212 EVO with the Z87 motherboard will allow you to do some nice over-clocking to get the best out of your 4130.
I changed up your colour scheme a little, made it black and red, looks a little nicer.
The GTX 760 will give you better performance than the 270x.

You realize that the 4130 is locked, and that besides changing the bus slightly, cannot overclock? Which means you're just wasting money?

in essence then, the FX-6300 is definitely going to be the better choice to go with from the start, but the 4130 system has a better upgrade path. It's got the much better 4660k/4670k as well as the various new ones that will be coming out with Broadwell.

In conclusion then,

If you was to go with the AMD system (FX-6300). You'll have a better short-term computer and potentially only one upgrade (FX-8320)
If you was to go with the Intel system (i3-4130). You'll have a better long-term computer with a variety of potential upgrades.
