As much as I like MSI, I'd have to say that Asus is definitely the premier motherboard brand, and the Maximus series of boards is one of their top-of-the-line products.
You'd definitely have a VERY nice motherboard if you decided to go with the Asus. It'll do anything you could possibly ask it to do... I think you'd be happier with it than the MSI board.
