Hi everyone,
I'm new to pc gaming and recently bought an ASUS g10, pre-built pc. I have basic computer knowledge only and wanted to ensure the computer was in no way defective so I have been checking the event log. I have a repeating error 41-Kernel/power...Says something about computer was shutdown unexpectedly and restarted after an improper shutdown, failed fast startup.
I'm not sure what motherboard I have, but I have a gtx760 3gb gpu, i7 4770 cpu, 32 gb ram, and 1tb hard drive.

I know these details aren't much but the exact model is ASUS G10ac-us009.

After researching the issue on this site and other forums I had concluded I was most likely an old driver, so I went to updating them.
Remember I am a new to pc user...I made one huge mistake in thinking that a driver updater would help me...it ended up downloading Microsoft standard drivers...specifically the hd audio driver. After re-installing the realtek driver I had, the hd audio manager would not work!

I tried a windows 8 system reset, but the drivers were not fixed...

At this point I would really just like the computer to be like it was out of the box...with the correct realtek drivers and audio hd manager...After all my attempts at *fixing* didn't work I would rather just start fresh.

So in summary could anyone show me how to fix my hd audio manager or possibly how to reset my system in a way that will make all the oem software back to normal? And I still have an error 41 everytime I restart.

Sorry if this was not very descriptive or easy to understand, I am still trying to get used to all the new computer technology. (over 10 years since I had one) That being said all these problems have been very stressful and confusing, I would really just like to play games and not worry about errors or missing features because I was over confident in my abilities.
Any help is so greatly appreciated..Thank you!

Quick edit...after reinstalling the realtek driver, my audio manager is back but with a different interface. The old one was black and had a very cool look to it, this one is very plain...white with what seems to be minimal options. I would much rather have the older one.

Also i'm running windows 8 64 bit...and I have no idea if I have a sound card, or if my motherboard has one built in? I cant seem to find much info on the motherboard.

EDIT-ran speccy here are my exact motherboard specs copied from there
