Minecraft Pixel Problem

So far, I only notice it when playing Minecraft. But what happens is when I look at snow, I see random black pixels. When I move around, those black pixels move and jump around on the white background. This also happens when i am holding a white object in the players hand. What could be the problem for this?

Are you using a laptop or a desktop? Have you got the latest drivers for the video card? If not then update. If that doesn't work then reinstall minecraft and see if that resolves the problem.
