Hello, I am trying to decide if i should overclock my gpu's on my high performance Lenovo Y510p, or how I should. Here is what I got...
- dual geforce gt 750m with SLI(ultrabay)
-i7 intel core
- 1 terabyte hardrive with 24gig ssd
...thats all i think is relevant. please tell me if you need any more description

I am concerned about if I do overclock them that they will heat up too much( already gets hot when i play games)

Also, if it turns out to be reasonable to overclock, it would be wonderful if I could get a safe parameter to put them on or just one of the gpu's.

Overclocking a laptop is not advisable, they really can't handle the extra heat an overclock emits.
