I have windows 8.1
And for some reason, I get random transparent window outlines stuck on my Desktop. I do have the program fences (from Stardock) installed.
It is extremely frustrating, as I believe that they are artifacts of some program which I can't seem to pinpoint. When I do a desktop "peek" the transparent window dissapears, but then reappears as soon as I open any window.
Any help would really be appreciate--as this is driving me crazy!

Update: I found that killing the bootlegger.exe for Steam got rid of the problem. This still happens every so often, but killing Steam and restarting it always fixes it.
