Windows 8.1 Makes BIOS Inaccessible

I have Windows 8.1 installed on an OCZ Vertex 3 with MSI Z77A-G45 motherboard. The boot time is around 6 seconds and that is a very acceptable speed. But now, I need to access the BIOS and it restarts too fast. I don't even get the MSI splash screen, it just gets to the Windows 8 logo and shows the log in screen. I tried holding and hammering the delete key but nothing works.

In power options, I don't have the option to disable fast boot even in administrator mode. I have hibernation disabled. MSI fast boot is also disabled and the Go2Bios button doesn't work. If I try to do advanced boot, the UEFI boot button doesn't appear.

Even with MSI fast boot disabled, the computer turns on in 6 seconds. I already tried the shutdown /s /t 0 command and it made no difference. I can unplug the SSD and access the BIOS but I need it plugged in because I was going to use GParted from a USB to partition the SSD.

Any help would be appreciated.
