Hi, I need a new rig to replace my old one. I put together a PC, and it looks good to me, but i need some feedback. This is my first post, so sorry if it looks strange.

Approximate Purchase Date: Possibly this Christmas (2014) or over the summer.

Budget Range: $650, i don't have a job, so i need this to be as cheap as possible

System Usage: Schoolwork (e.g: PowerPoint, Word, etc.), Gaming at Medium to high settings (e.g: Bf4, Watch Dogs, and Minecraft with SEUS shaders with DOF), web browsing, and movie watching.

Are you buying a monitor: No, the one I currently have is perfect for me.

Parts to Upgrade: Pretty much my entire system. My CPU, GPU, and Memory.

Do you need to buy OS: Yes, my HDD is an ATA drive, so it looks as if I can't use it in my new build. Would it be possible to migrate all my files (Including my OS) to a brand new blank Hard Drive? If that's possible, could i put just Windows 7 On a SSD and everything else on a HDD?

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: Newegg, Tiger Direct, and Amazon

Location: Raleigh, NC

Overclocking: Possibly, I'm really on the fence about this

SLI or Crossfire: No

My Current Monitor Resolution: 1920x1080

Additional Comments: I would like to keep this a quiet PC, I have trouble thinking when I am near loud things. No need for a liquid cooled system, i'm scared of it getting a leak and breaking it. I have a Wi-Fi PCIe x1 card, which i can use in the new pc. I will also be reusing my Optical Disk Drive.

Why I am Upgrading: My computer is pretty old, the GPU keeps failing and turning videos green and pixelated (I updated my drivers to the latest version too, not helping). It also can't even keep up with minecraft at 60 FPS, much less with shaders. It also gets frequent Blue-Screens.

Thanks!

My current PC utilizes a 1 Tb drive. I'm using about 600 GB of data. And wouldn't it be better to use a quad core for animation rendering and gaming?

As the 750 series is fairly new, I feel like waiting for some more consumer reviews before changing my sapphire card. Sorry, I clicked the answer button instead of reply. :p
