you have a few mistakes there. First off, your psu should never be the same amount as the motherboard or the cpu. You would be better off getting a 550 watt or less for around 60 to 50 dollars. Also your motherboard does not need to be that good for an i3. If you could find a substitute for around 80 you would be better off. You also might want to switch to different ram for around 10 dollars less, but that is debate-able. Also you can find western digital 1tb harddrives for around 60 dollars usually, so that is better than the 500gb model. You may have an extra 60 from my suggestions which could bag you an i5-550p without integrated graphics, but you would need a different motherboard and a different graphics card. Now, I suggest that...

Now, I suggest that you get a much better graphics card due to the fact that the current one does not do much better than the on board graphics. If you have more room for spending that would be the first thing. I will create a new part list for you if wanted.

The GPU isn't powerful if you are going to game, and I would get a cheaper case since you don't need a $60 dollar case in a build unless you want to spend more money.. But overall the build looks solid.

If you don't mind making a parts list for me that would be greatly appreciated! I don't really know what parts would be best.

Anything in the 150 range. I think you may want to venture into craigslist if needed. You may find a good deal. You may want to explain your budget, see if you need an os, and also tell us any additional preferences. I didn't specify a video card since that is very opinionated. That is a good power supply and the case is personal preference. A good i5 is always nice, but not always needed. You may be able to get a new dvd drive if you ask around. Also, the biggest step to success is to way your options and listen to all good criticisms while waiting to find deals.

Okay.Any optical drive will work. The 1tb drive for 60 is good, and either ram options provided will work. I recommend the xfx power supply, i installed mine yesterday. Any case is personal preference. amd or intel is the next step. Any graphics card will work, but what games do you want to play with it?

That GPU wont help with GW2. This GPU has a low power demand and can run with a quality 450w PSU.

Look at the 12v ability. I think the corsair 430 watt is better, but why in the world would you skimp on the power supply. Also, how many quality builds have you made on this power supply with such a short warranty and no 80+ bronze rating in the review.
