Ping not what it use to be

Hey everyone, So I play battlefield 4 and when I first started out playing my Ping would average around 10 to 40 being the absolute highest and now I'm up in the mid to high 60s and low 70s. I play in the same servers.does anyone know how this could be happening? my specs MSI Z87 MPOWER, i7 4770K,Corsair 8GB RAM. Wired internet using a router. any ideas?

Are you connected via ethernet or WiFi? Cable, DSL, or fibre?

Can you post a traceroute to one of the servers, or to google or someone?

From a command prompt run 'tracert <server>'. The server can be either a domain name (e.g. google.com) or an IP address.
