First off, my apologies if my terminology is incorrect. I didn't know exactly how to word what I'm looking for.

Okay, so here's my dilemma.

Awhile ago, while getting my internet from, for the argument, ISP 1, the router/modem (I guess you call that a cable modem?) I was using (Motorola SBG6850) only had a Co-ax input and the internet was provided through a Co-ax cable. Said cable modem worked out well, providing easy options for port forwarding and all that jazz, being a gamer.

Then I moved, and ISP 1 wasn't available in the area, so I had to switch to ISP 2. ISP 2 provides their internet through a DSL/RJ11 cable and the cable modem they provided (Motorola NVG510) with it only has a DSL/RJ11 input. The cable modem is terrible option-wise and I can't get the most out of my gaming and other experiences because of that.

So what I'm asking is, is there a connector or adapter that would convert and connect the DSL/RJ11 to the Co-ax so I can use the SBG on my current internet? If not, is there a way to bridge it per say so that the NVG acts as the modem only and the SBG acts as the router?

Here are pictures for clarification:
