How many cores do I have?

I have an Amd a10 6700 processor and I am not sure how many physical cores it has. When I look into it in task manager on windows 8 it says 2 physical cores and 4 logical cores. I thought amd didn't have hyperthreading? Then again when I open CPU-Z it says I have 4 cores, I don't know if it includes logical or not. I will be grateful for any answer at all since this isn't an urgent issue.

The A10-6700 is based on the Piledriver microarchitecture. Piledriver, like it's predecessor Bulldozer, uses "modules" that have two integer units but otherwise share many other resources. It differs from Intel's hyperthreading in that a module is closer to two true cores but isn't quite there. The line between multiple cores and simultaneous multithreading is blurry with AMD's Bulldozer so that's why how many cores their CPU's have is contentious.
