when most people talk about a bottleneck in computers, they mean that their CPU is holding back the max performance of their graphics card. To go into a bit more detail, when working at 100% your CPU should be able to send enough information to the graphics card to have it running at or very close to 100% as well. You have a bottleneck when you see your CPU at 100% but your graphics card at 80% or so (for example). And this will not always happen either. It could just be some games or it could even be just some sections in the game that your CPU can't handle as well.

that i5 will not bottleneck any single gpu graphics card.
