upgrade from radeon hd 5770?

I'm trying to get ideas for the best possible upgrade for my 5770. My computer is 3 and a half years old and I'm hoping it will get me well into the next generation with a new video card. I game at 1080p, so I don't need anything that supports crazy resolutions. Just equal to or better than PS4/Xbone. I'm looking at a budget of $200, unless I can convince my wife otherwise.

My system:

AMD Phenom II X4 955 3.2 ghz
4 gb ram
700W power supply
Windows 7 64 bit

I was also wondering if getting another 4 gb of ram will be necessary. I don't do a lot of multi-tasking other than alt+tabbing to Chrome for a walkthrough or something. I keep as few processes running at once as possible. Mostly just Steam and basic PC stuff.

Thanks for any and all help.

For your budget, this would be the card you want:

Also, it is not necessary to install more RAM. 4GB is enough if you don't have a large number of processes running at once.
