Hi, I will be moving soon and I wanted to purchase a server to setup at the new house. It's two primary focus would be to store personal files and sharing it withing the home network, and to host my websites and a game server.
I amn't sure about what specs I should be looking for since I've never owned a server before. I've read other posts related to the topic but I just feel I need some recommendation for my situation in particular. I was thinking about HP ProLiant servers, or maybe an HP ENVY Phoenix desktop PC. Please help! Here's what I need it for.

■ I host 3 websites, maximum of 5 depending on events. The traffic is typically low but gets heavy which also depend on events.
■ I currently rent a Minecraft server with 2GB memory. There are usually 7-20 people at any given time.
■ There are currently 2 laptops, 2 desktops, a TV and 4 smartphones that are always connected to the home network. They would all be using the server to stream videos from and such.
■ A good GFX on it would be very ideal.
