Well that is a tough one. I would really consider buying a FM2+ based Mobo and get an APU to go into it, IF you want low end gaming. The other option is to get an AM3+ mobo with lower end iGPU to game on, which I wouldn't suggest doing.

Here are you options, as I see it:

* AM3+ Mobo w/integrated GPU (not really good for light gaming). 880G chipset is probably the best you can get with an AM3+ Mobo.
~$165

CPU: AMD FX-4300 3.8GHz Quad-Core Processor ($100.00 @ NCIX US)
Motherboard: ASRock 880GM-LE FX Micro ATX AM3+ Motherboard ($65.38 @ Newegg)

That equals about $165 for a really low GPU experience, or.....

FM2+ build w/an AMD APU:

or even a better option:

Personally I think the FM2+ option is your best, but that will depend on your budget. The integrated GPU on the AM3+ isn't what I'd recommend for any type of gaming, except maybe some flash based ones (maybe).

There is also an Intel option, if that works for you too (definitely better than the AMD 4250 integrated graphics on the AM3+ Mobo). This options uses the HD 4600 integrated GPU from Intel and does okay for some light gaming (depending on your games that you want to game with).

Personally I would go with the x4 750k w/dedicated GPU, if it was my $, but whatever works for you. The x4 750k w/dedicated GPU will be a bit cheaper than the A10 7850k (if you use that one) and it will also run fine with 1600 mHz RAM, which the APU's with iGPU almost need fast RAM to perform the best (usually around 2133 to 2400 mHz to get the most performance out of the system).
