My asus Z87-A Disk was DoA so I had to download all the drivers manually from AsusTek's website however now when I try to boot up it gives me this "Can't find target .ini:E\Drivers\ASUSZ87-A\Intel-Chipset_Win7_8_VER9401017\Driver\Chipset\AsusSetup.ini" what is this and how can I fix it? I am thinking its because of the "unknown device" in my device management page which I have tried to install but it cannot find a driver when I do this. Help?

you are right. It requires you to insert the Motherboard disk into your drive:E(cd/dvd drive).
Looks like you are missing the chipset drivers on your motherboard. Just go to ASUS website again and download+install latest chipset drivers of Intel they have uploaded. You will be good after that ;)
Good luck!!!
