when i set up some games eg PES 13 i have problems in GPU and VRAM as follow:
GPU Intel(R) Q45/Q43 Express Chipset (Microsoft Corporation - WDDM 1.1) ‎(PS3.0/VS3.0)‎
VRAM 64 MB
and i want to increase them
some information of my pc :
System: Dell ,Optiplex 760
HARD DISK 300 GB
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM)2 duo CPU E8400 @ 3.000 GHz .3000 Mhz. 2Core(s) .2 log
RAM :2.00 GB
Total Physical Memory 1.95 GB
Available .................... 767 MB
Total Virtual memory 3.90 GB
Available................... 2.43 GB
Paging File Size 1.95 GB

I would start by putting some more physical RAM in that system first otherwise you will just force it to use virtual memory and page files even more which would slow it down.

But there should be an option in the BIOS to allocate vram.

I want to increase VRAM to be be compitabile the minimum allowed in the game(pes13or14)to be able to play it

in order to do that you will have to go to the BIOS and somewhere there should be an option to change the size of the vram. if you do that you will take a performance hit because you don't have near enough physical RAM in that system based on your specs.
