Have you tried the official AMD site for drivers? They should have them. It's an integrated GPU, so you might also be able to get them from your motherboard manufacturer.
IF you are lucky you can set the shared memory for the GPU higher in your BIOS, if not you are out of look. That card might just be too weak for modern games. Integrated Graphic Cards have very little memory.
