My husband inserted a PCI Express USB 3.0 Card in my Dell and tried everything to get it to work. Windows did not recognize there was an added USB. We went to manufacturer and downloaded the driver, still windows did not detect the USB Card 3.0. The brand name is Sabrent and Model is CP-4PTU. Can you help!! Need suggestions for brands that can work in the Dell. Thanks!!!!
