Hello, My GA - G41MT S2 say its optimized fr 45nm intel cpus , so could i be able to replace it with an AMD FX 4300 . I curntly hav a intel E6600 Dual Core 3.06ghz Oc . Help

No, on motherboards (in the case of the one you have now) only Intel processors will work. for an AMD to work, you will need to replace the motherboard for one that will run AMD processors.
