I have never bought a AMD GPU and I am creating a AMD Build PC and am trying to come pare them to the Nvidia GTX 760 ASUS one im thinking of getting. But I don't even know where to start. What is their newist line? The R9 or the HD 7000 line and how can I tell the model change like GTX 760, 770, 780, or 560, 660, 760. 2nd number increases, better card, first number increases newer model? Im lost help please?
I will be using the computer for video, pre and post production, music creation, photo editing, and 3D animation. The main software I use is Adobe CS6, Protools 8, and Autodesk Maya. I will also be gaming on this pc of coarse.

1) AMD FD8350FRHKBOX FX-8350 FX-Series 8-Core Black Edition
2) CROSSHAIR V FORMULA-Z, MoBo
