Laptop is not booting into windows

I installed a antivirus recently and in its scan it listed out some virus. Those viruses were deleted and now my laptop wont boot into windows. It just stays where toshiba logo is displayed. My laptop is running on windows 8.1. Please help!!

I tried everything to get into safe mode. I just get this screen showing "Thoshiba leading innovation". It doesn't respond to any keys. Cant get into safe mode!!

I will rule out a virus since its not passing POST. there is an issue resent on the motherboard causing the system to hang. could be bad CPU, or even RAM. at this point I would take it to a repair shop/warrantly claim if applicable

That is what I should be doing now. But all of a sudden after installing the antivirus it started responding in this odd manner, before that it worked very well. Thank you!!

Is there anything that I could still do?
