Hi y'all! Wondering how well this build will perform on the newest games such as CoD: Ghosts qnd BF4! Thanks!

Motherboard: MSI 970A-G43

CPU: AMD FX-6300 Vishera 3.5GHz (4.1GHz Turbo) Socket AM3+ 95W 6-Core

RAM: G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 8GB-1866 (x2 for now)

Video Card: ASUS Radeon HD 7770 2GB

16GB is quite a bit overkill.. You could save some money and get 2x4GB sticks and use the rest towards a better graphics card. What's your budget for the CPU, Motherboard and Graphics Card?

are you building yourself or are you buying pre built? what resolution do you plan on playing? here is a review of some newish games with the 7770 on the graphs (the actual review is for r7 260)

i think you should be able to play on medium settings with ok fps

You can play games like BF4, CoD Ghosts and other demanding games on Low to Medium settings.

I would recommend getting a NVIDIA graphics card....

Otherwise, it will play planetside 2 at medium high settings and will preform well in multitasking.
