Processor : AMD FX 6300 3.5GHz 14Mb cache (6 cores)
Screen Card : R9 270X GDDR5 2GB 256BIT AMD RADEON DX11.2
RAM : GSKILL 8GB (2X4GB) RIPJAWS DDR3 2133MHZ CL11 1.65V DUAL KIT RAM

Can this system run bf4 on ultra specs with x4MSAA on 1080p with 50+ fps

More about : run bf4 ultra system

Should be fine, but if you can stretch to a 280x 3gb it is well worth it for future gaming and consistent FPS in BF4 (on ultra)

that depends on the resolution.
the cpu fx 6300 is a nice cpu able to handle gtx 780 ti so there shouldn't be to much a problem.
r9 270x is an tweaked version of hd 7870 ghz (3-5% better) so as I mentioned it depends on the resolution.
at 1080p it should be able to handle bf 4 at high for 50fps+ and ultra 30fps+ so if that's k yes it can.
do you already own the card?

if you get a cooler master hyper 212 evo you can oc the cpu to 4.2ghz and r9 270x is as well oc friendly gpu which will improve the performance. don't expect steady 60 fps (not even 770 does that).
if you don't own the card already take a look at gtx 760 (good performance for money) and sli friendly later.
as for r9 280x it depends where he lives. some places lost the card while others sell it tooooooooooo expensive.
given he asked about r9 270x I guess his budget is around gtx 760 if he doesn't already own that 270x.

bonie you posted a link which leads to mobile graphics benchmarks O_O.
and the fps depend on the map / texture and shaders quality.
there will be parts of the map where he will get 70fps and places with 20-40fps.

Yes you raise a very good point. I managed to get an Asus R9 280x very early on. I'm based in the UK and prices have gone up by around £30, so i'm not sure if any other cards would be better value right now.

I won't pay more for an gtx 770 if it costs more than 310€ never.
while where I live they try to sell r9 280x wf3 for 270€ but no one buys I see other countries skyrocketing the price of 280x.. ............
like I said given he mentioned r9 270x he either owns it or that's his budget. if he could stretch to gtx 760 that would be a good buy. (depending on country as well. here gtx 760 costs like 260€ NO TY that's ridiculous.)

actually if i push my budget a little i can get my hands on the r9 280x 3gb but i just want to know if it's worth the 100$ difference for the 280x

then if you can afford an fx 8320 it sounds better for a few games which can utilize 8 cores and helps a bit being faster in editing and rendering if you care about that.
if is only for gaming then fx 6300 is a super choice

actually i have almost enough to buy a fx 8350 and r9 280x 3gb but i was just considering the worst case scenario. i've been saving up a lot lately because i've been using laptops for the last 5-6 years so i have to get a desktop pc from scratch. only thing i have for a desktop pc is my trusted g300 gaming mouse which i'm using on my laptop :D

looks like i can do good with it on ultra. since i'm running on between low-medium with 30-40 fps on my laptop, when i jump to ultra i'll be puking rainbows for a while and anything over 50+fps is good for me

from my experience the 280x is worth it but now depends how much it costs there? 100$ more sounds good but what's the price you get 270x for?

270x is around 245$ here and the 280x is about 390$

then why not go i5 4670k + asrock z87 fatality if is only gaming. it performs better. that if you don't own amd mainboard already.

good amd mainboard: asrock 970 extreme 4
Gigabyte GA-970A-UD3P
Asus M5A99X EVO R2.0

good intel mainboard: msi z87-g45
asrock z87 extreme 4
asrock z87 fatality
asus z87 - c2
asus z87 - pro

only some info.
amd is a darn good cpu but 8350 (just factory oced 8320) is worth it more if you do some editing, sculpting, 3d rendering as well.
in worst case scenarios I would go fx 8320 (darn good) + r9 280x and if worse fx 6300 and gtx 760.
don't forget cpu cooler. cheap king is hyper 212 evo cooler master which cools damn good up to 4.5ghz. intel and amd integrated crapooler are just crapooler.

and if you don't own psu (main powering unit) don't choose any rubbish. recommend only 2b or higher.
http://www.eggxpert.com/forums/thread/323050.aspx

seasonic s12II/m12II , xfx black and pro editions, antec high current gamer are damn solid.
for one gpu quality psu 520-550-620w is enough
for sli option 700w+ quality should do perfectly.

well for motherboards the asrock is not an option for me because it's not sold here. and as for the processor the 4670k is 80$ more expensive than the fx 8350. for motherboards i'm going to send you a link so you can see what's possible for me to buy. the language is turkish but there are some keywords you can understand quite easily(Yes i'm turkish) http://www.vatanbilgisayar.com/anakart

I just want to chip in and say if you do decide to go for an R9 280x, i have the "ASUS Radeon R9-280X DirectCU II TOP" and it really does run BF4 on ultra at 1920x1080 perfectly. It's just a great card that provides a medium between performance and noise. Other similar brands like the Sapphire Vapor X etc etc are very loud cards under load. I never have to take my fans past 40% with the Asus which really makes a difference to the noise levels.

the asus m5a97 was my choise to go at the first place and i chose amd over intel just because amd was a lot more cheaper.

is it possible for you to build me a case for the price of 2400tl max? i'll give you the links for the each piece from the same site(it's the cheapest and the best one here).

alright so for a full case theese are the links you need

Cooling: http://www.vatanbilgisayar.com/sogutma-sistemleri (under the "Tip" section there are many things but "Fanlar" is for the case ventilation "İşlemci" is for the processor "Sıvı Soğutma" is the water cooling but they're ridiculously expensive. you don't need to check the other ones)ü

The challenge is to get the best system under 2400tl (not the usd but the higher prices) which could run b4 in ultra over 40-50+ fps

weeew. for 2423 tl you can get this thingie. only reason I recommended cx tier 3 (still safe) was because tier 2 would sky rocket the price though tier 2 is recommended but cx can do well too.
msi lightning r9 270x should handle very well things there and yeah you can add another later = crossfire which should kill a gtx 780.

like I said there are instances where my gtx 770 gets 29-36 fps in this game and gtx 780 ti 39-46fps so 40fps+ constant on whole game is not really a factor I can't promise. that challenge quit falls down.
this rig should get ultra really playable. for 2400tl I couldn't get a better gpu cause that would mean cutting on other parts and getting bad quality.
only thing I could have done and I can correct now is this:

but you have to stretch to 2480 tl.
the gtx 680 offers 6% performance weaker than gtx 770 so it will be a killer that will crush gtx 760 and r9 270x.

The edits done were:
changed cpu fx 8320 to fx 6300
changed 1tb hdd to 500gb hdd
changed r9 270x gpu to a nice gtx 680

darn the only links working are the cpu gpu and hdd ones lol.
well the build is exactly the same with upper one except cpu gpu and hdd so >_>.
fx 6300 is very good for gaming so is not a sacrifice from 8320 (only if you edit / render).
if you can sacrifice the 1tb for 500gb hdd then the gtx 680 is buyable.
if you can still stretch it a bit to 2520 you can get either r9 280x or gtx 770
and if is possible then r9 280x is more favorable for cross fire later.
damn website if it had the hd 7970 in it I could have gotten it to perfectly 2400 tl with the fx 6300 and cleared a challenge :)

so as in basic as long as i stick to the fx 6300 and strech my budget a bit for a 770 or a 680 it'll kill ultra with average 40+ fps

well on average it will be 50 even 60+ fps.
there will be parts in the game for 40 average but most of the game you should get 55fps + as average on a gtx 770.
I was getting 29-49fps in a few parts on my 770 and 60-110 in others sometimes 120. on sli now I get like 60minimum.
r9 280x will be more recommended for you since you can have only crossfire on that mainboard. sli supporting ones will skyrocket the price.
hd 7970 was tempting cause they cost like 70$ less than r9 280x and offer same performance with gtx 680

the r9 290 would be meow but it is reference so not recommended. it gets loud and hot. ask them for after market cooler versions.
stick with 280x if you want crossfire.
if you get gtx 770 when you won't need it anymore you will have to sell it to upgrade to other card because of the mainboard no sli support.
though you might insert it in an older pc so that might be a good idea as well O.o

if you want gtx 770 and just want to add another one later without upgrading one of those mainboards will do better:
