I replaced my old broken PSU for a Cooler Master 600W PSU to power an R9 290+FX 4300+8GB of RAM. The problem is, it keeps on freezing and black screening. I have to force shut down. I use Windows Startup Repair, and it black screens. I try to launch windows normally, and it freezes on the starting windows screen. Is this a power problem? I can always turn on my Computer, but Windows will just freeze. Is it a Bad Hard Drive that is causing the problem?
