Is sli for me

I have 2 monitors and I use them both, I use them both for playing video games and watching Netflix or playing video games and I friends but sometimes the screens will go black and say drivers stopped responding. I'm making a new rig and was wondering if sli would be a better fit for me. Right now I want to get 1 gtx 780 but if I need sli I will probably go with sli gtx 770

SLI configuration is not that great, it is better to run single more powerful GPU (like the GTX 780) than two GTX 770. Yes, GTX 770 in SLI will give better performance than the GTX 780, but they will generate more heat, draw more power, and some games struggle with dual GPU setup, will produce microstuttering and some games doesn't work at all with two GPU's.
