Please help building one, upgrading another

My husband wants me to build him a computer that's just like mine but I built mine a few years ago by reviews and a whole lot of luck. I like a challenge and was too cheap to get myself a fancy premade, otherwise I'm just winging it. I'm sure I'll sound like an idiot frequently so please bear with me.

He wants our computers to have swappable parts in case we need to troubleshoot. The only game we really play right now is WoW, as far as I can tell that means we don't need higher end anything. My computer is still working fine (miracles do happen!) but I'd like to upgrade my GPU and add a SSD. These are the hopefully compatible parts that I've found so far.

CPU - i5-3350P or 3470 for his (mine is i5-2500K)
MB - ASrock Z77 extreme3 or 4, or Asus P8-Z77
GPU - R7260X, GTX650E, 7770
Memory - 2x4GB DDD3 1600
SSD - Samsung EVO 120GB
HD - replaced his last month (hoped to use it and I'm not where I can check it)
PS - RAIDMAX RX-600AF 600W
Case - he likes mine (cooler master storm enforcer) http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811119240

I've debated getting him a K series CPU in case OC'ing would help make it relevant longer, not that I've OC'ed anything yet. Pretty sure I need to do better with GPU choices, but I'm lost on all the specs. I'm hoping to build/upgrade to computers that will be workable for 2-3 years without any major upgrades. We're not on a tight budget, but want to keep it reasonable.

I won't be surprised or offended if I need to scrap the entire list. Any suggestions, ideas, comments would be wonderful.

Maybe this: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/33lsq just add another SSD an a second GTX 750Ti for your own computer. Also, if you're going to overclock the 3570k might be worth it or if you're looking to save money with the GPUs get the non-Ti versions, they're both great value for money. Also the mouse and the keyboard are just suggestions, but very good ones since I've had them for a few years and they're great. Precision for FPS-games and a lot of macro keys for MMOs like WOW.
EDIT: The PSU might be a little overkill but offers a little headroom for future upgrades.
How much are you willing to spend on the new machine?

THANK YOU! I wasn't sure about a CPU cooler or how much for the PSU, so you answered other questions I had but didn't want to write a novel of a post. Going to go with the 3570k and the better GPU/750Ti you listed. We both have a Razer mouse (naga & hex), but I'm going to surprise him with that keyboard, I know he'll really like it.
Thank you again, I've got pages of notes and have been stuck for a few days. So happy I can start ordering parts :D Now I must go yell at google for not showing me the part picker site in all my searching lol

Always happy to help! :)
