PC will frequently lock-up causing the entire system to become unresponsive (Only for a couple minutes), Ctrl-Alt-Del won't do anything either. When gaming the computer will lock-up/freeze for a couple minutes making it impossible to do anything. Also my CPU is running around 25% with no programs open which, it should be at 1-3%. As well as my ram using around 14-18% which should only be at around 2-5%. Most drivers are up to date. Although there was a recent BIOS update for the ASUS Z87-Pro Mobo was released a couple weeks ago (Not sure if this would cause any problems). Ran/fixed any possible threats using Malwarebytes and cleaned out any unneeded files using CCleaner. (Specs Below)

Would love to get this fixed as soon as possible thanks for any/all help!

Temps are running normal, and task manager hasn't shown much of anything.

There hasn't been much of any updates since i'v built the PC. Only update that I haven't updated would be my BIOS. Which I have no idea if that would fix the problem or not.

I will update my BIOS and let you know if this fixed it, if problem persists would a system restore be a possible fix?
