Hello! I just put together a new computer and am having difficulties. The machine booted the first time after assembly and Win 8.1 installed. However, when attempting to wake the machine from sleep, it reboots. Unfortunately, I know just enough to be dangerous and not enough to completely troubleshoot my issue. From all the reading I've done the last day or so, it appears the issue is most likely a driver. I have updated all drivers (Asus mobo chip drivers, graphics card drivers, every driver I could think of). The problem still persists. I’ve attempted to upload a copy of the memory.dmp file to Onedrive (hopefully this works. A half gig memory dump file right after a new installation alarms me a bit). Any help you guys could offer would be greatly appreciated!

I seem to have solved the issue by disabling "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power" on the Power Management tab of my network adapter in the Device Manager. I've turned it back on and recreated the same problem.
