My problem is when I start Skyrim (even with the lowest settings) there is a constant flicker. I have not even got to the game yet, I mean on the start-up screen and the intro video. Going to high performance settings makes zero difference.
When I go to the options on teh SKyrim launcher, it only recognizes my Intel HD card, not my AMD HD7600A.
I have spent hours on Google and this forum searching for an answer, but have come up with nothing. Some suggest getting an earlier version of the amd driver, but I don't think they will work on windows 8.
My settings are below. I realise they are not top, but I should be able to at least have a steady display on the lowest settings.
