Yup yup. Also check if your case will support a ATX PSU, cause a lot of them will, you can easily bring the case in, or even easier bring a PSU to it and eyeball or even do a fast tear-down to find out.
Just check if it's a 20 or 24 pin PSU & MoBo and if the case will fit a normal ATX PSU, most the time it will and I'd suggest this, more then enough power.

Well I'm trying to figure out if it will, that's the hard part. The current PSU in the Micro ATX case is 200mm x 85mm x 53mm (7.9 x 3.3 x 2.1 inches). So Wouldnt I need to find something the same size or smaller? I thought ATX PSU's were too big?? Sorry for being such a noob, I gotta do this for my mom..
I think your PSU is a proprietary unit.
It has dimensions: 200mm x 85mm x 53mm (7.9 x 3.3 x 2.1 inches)
That comes closest to a TFX12v psu which is 6.9" x 3.3" x 2.5"
Such units will have about 350W at most.
Here is one example: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817151114
If you can fit the slightly taller unit in the space available, it might work.
Ok let me explain everything. I want to upgrade my existing s5-1414 HP slimline PC. I am starting with replacing the MOBO, CPU, and I need a much better PSU for that I would say so. I've already picked out an i5-4570 and this mobo: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/gigabyte-motherboard-gab85md3h
So now what I'm trying to find is a PSU powerful enough for my new components and it fits in the case. Maybe it's impossible :/
