I have went into the disk manager and it sees the drive. I can right click, left click and anything else I can think of and I can't seem to be able to reformat the drive. It is an internal drive in an external case via usb. Any suggestions? Thanks for the Assist !!

are you looking to get data off of it or no? If you not might want to use Diskpart. That should be able to get any partitions off of there and reformat it into something else if that is what you are looking for.
If you are looking to access the files get a program called HFS Explorer so that you can access the drive. Its a Read Only thing though as Windows cannot natitavily read HFS
