People have worned me down, I wanted to buy a PC from iBuypower or CyberpowerPC, but People tell me to buy my own, that these guys use refurbished part, etc. Therefore I ask for help since I am a complete and utter noob. Do these things fit?

They should do just fine. I would beef up your cooler if you're planning on going with water cooling. I'd at least try to swing a Corsair H80i for that Haswell chip. If you can't swing it, then just pick up a high end air cooler.

Despite some rumors water cooling isn't necessarily an end all for cooling solutions. There are some air coolers out there that compete gracefully with higher end water coolers.
 


Of course, it just seems odd to have a processor that good and a liquid cooler but no graphics card.
