My question is do I have to buy a new graphic card or no? and if not how could I fix it?

apologies for my weak English and hope you guys solve the problem

Solution
Sometimes when you switch from AMD to Nvidia or vice versa some of the drivers stay behind and interfere with your current one... I don't know ho to use it but a driver sweeper might help. Then reinstal the Nvidia Drivers

I agree with Vitric9 This could be some old drivers. Make sure u delete them from device manager and makes sure u have up to date one from NVidia website also it looks like something that could happen if the card isn't pressed all the way in.
