Minecraft PC for Under $1000

I need a pc that is purely for minecraft, and maybe some Gmod or other non-intensive games. I really need a build that can be overclocked and can get 200+FPS while recording. Anyone help me out?

Why do you need 200 fps while recording?
Youtube and ect sites probably don't even show that many frames (i'm guessing maybe 30-60), and... it's minecraft.... what will those extra FPS help with?

Hi, on 60 frames or more you will NOT be able to tell the difference. 60 FPS and over is considered 100% smooth
