A single fan is sufficient for most uses, but will always fall short to a dual or triple fan solution. If possible, try finding a MSI 650ti. The "Twin Frozr" system they use is the best in the industry. It's what I have and my card is overclocked to the moon and still never gets hot even when the fans only run at half speed.

Actualy the price which is written in that link is perfect for my budget. So if I buy that card and dont overclock it, will it be heated too much?? what do you think what will be avg heat on that card without overclocking

Without an overclock, it should run at about 60C under load. This is just fine for standard use. Most graphics cards do not have issues until they pass the 75C mark.

imo, get the AMD equivalent of R7-260(x) if the price is right in your country. Always see GPU as an investment, not a temporary toy so go higher-end if possible.
