Welcome,
I'm going to buy a new computer. I don't like notebooks or PCs from Dell, HP etc. So I want to build computer, but I don't have any experience in this.
This is the list of the components:

  • Motherboard: ASRock 990fx Killer
    CPU: AMD FX-[strike]8350[/strike]8320
    Graphics Card: MSI Radeon R9 270X 2GB
    RAM: Corsair CMZ8GX3M1A1600C9 Vengeance 8GB
HDD: WD 1TB 3.5 inch Internal Hard Drive - Caviar Blue
SSD: Samsung 840 EVO 120GB 2.5 inch Basic SATA Solid State Drive
    Cooler: Thermalright Silver Arrow
    CD-R: Samsung SH-224DB/RSMS
    Case: Zalman MS800 Plus
    PSU: XFX XXX Pro 650w
So, I have some questions:

    [strike]What cooler will I buy?
What PSU do you recommend? I don't know what power and manufacturer is good.[/strike]
What do you think about this build? Some changes, or it's good?

Regards,
Konrad

Nice list!
I read comments about xfx core edition, and people say that this fan is noisy. Is it true?
I see that corsair has nice PSU too.
Which company has got better PSU?

I already linked this.

As for which PSU to get, which country are you buying in? And do you want to have 2 GPUs in the future? I don't recommend it unless you want 3 monitor gaming or 144Hz monitor.

I'm buying it in Poland, also I can buy on Amazon.co.uk, but UK has got another electrical socket.
I don't want to have 2 GPUs and 3 monitors :D

PS: I forgot add :) :
I'm want to use this computer for virtualization, programming, web serwer, watching films and sometimes gaming.

<EDIT>
If I good understand your question, the price for PSU is (about) 130$/79 £/400 PLN.

gotcha. If you are buying thru Amazon UK and at £79 then I'd get this PSU:
https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/part/antec-power-supply-hcg620m
Antec makes quality PSUs and it is semi-modular making cables easier to work with.

About RAM. Since you want to use the computer for virtualization and programming then I'd buy a single 8GB stick of RAM. That way you could easily add a second if you feel the need for more.

About PSU: It must be dispatched from Amazon. If not, the delivery to Poland will be too expensive, sorry :(
I searched in Polish web shops and they hasn't got this PSU.
About RAM: Yes, I selected 1 stick 8 GB: http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B0085IZRSO/ref=ox_sc_act_title_5?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=A3P5ROKL5A1OLE

Normally I'd agree. However, the builder wants a machine for virtualization and programming which prefer more RAM then simply gaming builds. By buying 1x8GB then it would be easy to add a second later. If he bought 2x4gb then he'd have to buy another 2x4gb in the future which could be an issue with some coolers.

[strike]No, I selected 1x8gb, of course if I'm not mistaken[/strike]
Sorry, I understood bad :(

What do you think about Corsair CS Series™ Modular CS650M?

It is decently noisy but it shouldn't bother you; XFX does have better PSUs, well at least in my opinion!

Okey, I'll select it.
I selected cooler myself, Thermalright Silver Arrow.
Last question: What do you think about this build, especially about motherboard?
