Hello I just recently got a HP p6674Y the computer has
AMD Phenom II X4 820 processor
6GB of Ram
ATI Radeon HD 4200
300W power supply.

I currently do light gaming with Rift, Diablo 3, and Minecraft.
I Was wondering what graphics card would you recommend I use to get better performance in games.
I am looking to spend up to $120 on the graphics card.

Also what power supply should I get to pair with this card.

I am willing to spend little extra money on the power supply for a modular supply as I am probably going to do a custom build in the next two years and would like to be able to move this power supply to that build.

If you need any more information please let me know

Thank you

In most of the games is the difference between the r7 260X and the gtx 750 ti not big enough to justify the price difference of $40 btween these two cards,

Would the Corsair CX430 be able to handle a a build with a latest gen i7 or i5 if I where to look to build in a year and a half? would look to probably reuse the r7 260x at first and use a SSD with a regular disk drive.

Thank you for all your help.

it depends on how nvidia friendly the game is e.g the the difference in arma 3 is 10 fps...

I know ,i've read the whole review, that's why i said;"most of the games".In Assassin's Creed: Black Flag is the r7 260X better=on min. fps a difference of 8fps in favour of the r7 260X.From the review i get it's a nvidia sponsored game.

In the pcpartpicker is one of these as expensive as the r7 260X.I see no gain in buying a hd 7790.

Overlooked this one,

It should do without overclocking and a not to powerhungry gpu like this r7 260x.When the next gpu would need two power connectors i would suggest to go for the rosewill psu.
