My windows 7 whenever I try to start it it would get stuck on the windows 7 boot screen and says starting windows and does nothing. So I go into bios and after doing a lot of stuff and swapping my harddrives sata cables it works and boots fine and I restart it a few times and still fine. Then a power outages comes and does the same thing gets stuck on windows loading screen so I switch off and change sata cables and sort out boot devices and after a while on boot screen finally goes to desktop and works perfectly. This is really annoying and its done this about 3 or 4 times and really is annoying pls help me identify the cause and thanx any help in advance

My specs are:

Core 2 quad Q9300
4 GB ddr 3 1333 MHz ram
Ati radeon HD 6670
Biostar G41D3C motherboard

I've had a similar problem with my sister's laptop a time ago, it just wouldn't appear for some reason, and removing it and reinstalling it did the trick. It worked perfectly when it worked, then next day, it didn't show up again, so that doesn't mean it isn't going bad. But if you have any spare SATA cables, try using those?
