i currently have a Vapor-X 7970ghz 3GB but i feel it's not cutting it for me.
So i'm not sure which to get, or just to stick with what i have.

R9 290X:£436.00

Triple monitor qaulifies for high res gaming, You want the R9 290X then. Just makes sure to get one with an aftermarket cooler.

The gtx 780 is the best value for money option though if you are looking for pure performance the 780ti is the winner.r9 290x is between those in terms of performance but beats both at higher res so pick this up if u want a future proof 4k solution.
